can beef consommé

Lightly
brown pork chops. Put rice in casserole
dish, then place pork chops over rice.
Arrange sliced onions, tomatoes and bell pepper on top of porkchops. Pour beef consommé over everything, cover and
bake at 350 for one hour.

I made this recipe last night ... tweaking it just a bit. I sautéed the onions & bell pepper in some EVOO before placing on top of chops ... and I added 1/2 can of water to the consommé. This is now one of my favorite dishes!
