For the first time ever, the SC State Fair will have a Chef Showdown. The showdown will be held at the WISTV Stage at the fair on October 18. Celebrity chef Walter Scheib (White House executive chef from '94 - '05) will be the Master of Ceremonies for the competition.
You can vote now through Sept. 30 for your favorite Columbia area restaurant and chef. The top three chosen by we-the-people will compete at the fair in an Iron Chef style showdown. You, my friend, can make a difference. Go vote!
